- I am not eating enough calories. This was the case for the last few weeks, and maybe it caught up with me.
- I am gaining muscle mass.
- Maybe I need more protein...maybe my muscles are not getting any bigger (and therefore burning more calories) becasue I have not given them enough protein to repair itself.
10:00am - banana 85 cal.
11:00am - WORKOUT - I had a personal training session today. Then I ran for 15 min...I was so weak! 765 cal.
12:30pm - Protein shake 170 cal.
1:30pm - chicken salad sandwich with grapes, apples, and 100 cal. Pringles 500 cal.
