My favorite bread


I have a favorite bread. It has a lot more fiber than any other bread (6 g. per slice, and 70 cal.) and you can get in a lot of fiber during the day if you have toast for breakfast, and a sandwich later on. I love it. I found my favorite bread at HEB the other day...in a "mini" loaf. It'll be perfect for me and I won't waste any more moldy, unfinished loaves.

I just thought I would share...if you have a favorite food or snack that is healthy and low calorie...I'd love to hear about it! I'm sure everyone else would too!
