Okay, okay...I know I haven't been blogging my daily stuff but it's because I have been so busy. Plus I am a little disappointed that I haven't lost anymore weight.
I think I know why and I am ready to get up and running (literally) today. I did weigh intoday and I still remain at 135 lbs. But I will say that some things in my wardrobe are fitting me a little better and a little more loosely, so I can't be too upset.
7:30am - 2 eggs on whole wheat toast, 1 oz. cheese 325 cal.
11:30am - 1 black bean and chicken burrito with picco de gallo and lettuce 600 cal.

oh my gosh, after I had my personal training session I thought I ran for another 60 minutes! And sure enough, the first 2 miles were difficult but after that I was in the groove and really could have gone longer. It felt great!
Don't get discouraged! I had my session (i go 3x/week) and my knee is killing me (not to mention my legs). I was using those step up stools (2' high) and one foot on the stool and one foot on the ground...stepping up, over and over....30 times per foot...3 sets. ugh..i need some Advil
I think you're doing awesome! And I don't remember the last time I was 135 pounds... Maybe 1999. =)
It is easy to get frustrated. My hubby has really been struggling with all the cookies and treats being brought over, not to mention numerous holiday parties. Just get through this week and you'll get right back on track. :)
