7:30am - 1/2 protein bar 120 cal.
8:00am - WORKOUT - I had a personal training session today...and then ran for 30 minutes afterwards 900 cal.
10:00am - Protein shake 170 cal.
11:30am - beef stew and 1 piece of bread 500 cal.
2:30pm - Smart Food popcorn 100 cal.
4:30pm - Black Bean Nachos 800 cal.
9:00pm - Green Jello salad (This is my comfort food of choice right now...1 serving is 165 cal...but my portion is 220 cal.)
Grand Total: 2040 - 900 = 1140
