I'm so sorry it's been two weeks since I last posted. I blame it on Christmas. But I have GREAT NEWS!!....I was measured on Christmas Eve, and I lost 4.5% body fat. My measurments were down everywhere. I was so excited, becasue I still felt like I hadn't lost any weight, so I was stressing out about it! I am down to 18.5% body fat. Yeah!! I still have a long way to go, it's going to take complete discipline (food wise) to get me to my goal!
8:00am - 2 Breakfast burritos (Las Palapas) - I am guessing 300-350 cal each. and coke 1000
cal.
12:15pm - WORKOUT - I did a class and then ran for 1/2 hour afterwards. 850 cal.
2:00pm - Protein Shake 200 cal.
4:00pm - Caramel Corn (great discipline, huh?!) and some christmas candy 500 cal
5:30pm - 1 tuna fish sandwich and 1/2 bag of cheetos 350 cal.
8:00pm - 2 mini (and when I say mini, I mean mini) ice cream cones (have you seen these cones?, they are the size of my index finger) and some strawberry ice cream. 300 cal.
I need to cut back on the sugar...I think I may have developed diabetes. The numbers are right, but the food is not!
Total: 2350 - 850 = 1500
