I am happy to report another loss in weight this week. The scale read 135 this morning...and that is down from 136.5.
136.5 -1.5 = 135lbs
I also started with my old trainer and am training twice a week. I feel like I am really trying to find that balance right now. It's the holidays, so food choices are going to be critical. But also, my calorie intake each day needs to be 1200...after my workout. I have been having a hard time coming to that number. I think it's going to be really hard for the next couple weeks while I try and find my groove, and after that, hopefully it will just be routine and normal.
7:00am - 1/2 peanut butter and jelly sandwich 200 cal.
8:00am - WORKOUT I only ran for 45 min...and burned 365 cal. and it was 500 by the time I got home.
9:00am - protein shake 170 cal.
11:30am - 1/2 turkey sandwich 150 cal.
1:30pm - 7 Reece's peanut butter cups (I don't want them inthe house anymore...adn throwing them away would be wasteful!) 350 cal.
5:00pm - 2 slices Papa John's pepperoni pizza (310 cal. per slice) 620 cal. - Way to find that balance, huh?
Grand Total: 1490 - 500 = 990
