7:00am - NAture valley granola bar 150 cal.
8:00am - Workout I had a personal training session this morning, followed by a 20 min. run and burned 900 cal.
10:00am - Protein shake 170 cal.
12:00pm - Chick-fil-a chicken nuggets, waffle fries and a coke 850 cal.
4:45pm - Taco bell - 1 bean burrito with no onions, 1 chicken gordita supreme and mountain dew 905 cal.
(My cleaning lady just came today and I am not going to put my kitchen through any meal time with my kids...I have said it before - I'll say it again...I'd rather be fat than mess up the house.)
Grand Total: 2075 - 905 = 1175
